I think that many rules are made for a reason, yet some still merit being broken. I suppose it is up to each of us where we stand on that particular spectrum.

Pushing boundaries and challenging rules is how societies and other collective entities evolve, become more fair, and grow, I think. Having the ability to do so, even when you're content with the rules as they are, is vital.
