It makes me worry about what could happen if these cities do come to blows.

the two cities seem to be at the precipice of war constantly, and if these are the lengths they're willing to go in small extremist groups, what would a war look like?

)
Wars are made by leaders more than their people. We are not the only ones with no wish for war, I think. Their numbers are just harder to notice.
